Welcome to my blog!
My new website has gradually filled up with more and more information.
You can learn a little more about me, see pictures of me at the train station, at lectures/readings, and much more.
Under the “Excerpt” button, you will now find other chapters that will give you a little taste of my book.
There is always a lot going on in my life, and I have finally managed to finish my second book about my journey through life. Now the editor will work on it, and then I will translate it into English. That will take a while.
Every first Wednesday of the month, I’m at the market hall, the local café in my town. We have a chat there while drinking coffee and eating cake.
Last time, we had a very nice conversation about “Reverence for Life” by Albert Schweitzer (1875-1965). I find this topic very important, especially in our time, when we have so much unrest and armed conflict. I really enjoyed discussing quotes on this topic by Albert Schweitzer. I would like to share two quotes with you.
“The reverence for life that we humans must attain encompasses everything that can be considered love, devotion, compassion, joy, and striving.”
“If a person is touched by the ethics of reverence for life, they will only harm and destroy life out of necessity, never out of thoughtlessness.”
Respect and appreciation for one another are very important to me.
That was a little bit about what has been on my mind. More soon, and until then, enjoy my book!
